What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a senior recruitment role, preferably within a recruitment agency.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
